Dean Edwards served up wild mushroom pasta for dinner for under a fiver on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 20g dried mushrooms, 200ml boiling water, 250g chestnut mushrooms, sliced, 1 large onion, sliced, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 20ml brandy (optional), 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 100ml crème fraiche, 250g pappardelle pasta, Parmesan cheese, for serving and 2 tbsp fresh tarragon leaves.
