James Martin served up a steak salad with blue cheese dressing and chargrilled spring onions on James Martin’s French Adventure.
For his BBQ steaks, James coats them with a black treacle and thyme dressing and chargrilled spring onions on the BBQ after the teaks are removed.
To make the mayo dressing to accompany the meal, James used: mustard, rapeseed oil, creme fresh, blue cheese, Worcester sauce , Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
The dish is served with croutons rubbed with garlic.
