Anton Mosimann’s cheese and spinach souffle saw one of the Queen mother’s favourite dishes. Today Chef Anton Mosimann, recreated the dish at The Dorchester restaurant on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.
The ingredients consists of: butter, flour, milk, nutmegs, cheese, spinach, egg yolks and eggs whites.
Anton served the dish souffle with a fromage frais, yogurt and chives sauce.
