John Whaite served up a Japanese noodle bowl dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 400g cooked pork or chicken, shredded, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp cider vinegar, 2 tsp runny honey and 100g baby spinach.
For the stock: 1 litre good quality chicken stock, 4 garlic cloves, peeled and halved, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp Chinese five spice, 30g fresh ginger, finely grated, 2 tsp runny honey, 2 tbsp brown miso and Lazy chilli from a jar (to taste).
For the noodles and egg: 400g ramen noodles and 4 large eggs.
