Michael McIntyre served up scallops with crispy pancetta, broccoli and borlotti beans on Jamie and Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast.
The ingredients are: 1½ cloves of garlic, 1½ fresh red chilli, olive oil, 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, 1 x 400 g tin of borlotti beans, 1 teaspoon red or white wine vinegar, 150 g tenderstem broccoli, 2 anchovy fillets , from sustainable sources, extra virgin olive oil, ½ a lemon, 6 scallops , shelled, trimmed, from sustainable sources, 4 rashers of higher-welfare smoked pancetta and 2 sprigs of fresh sage.
