Paul Ainsworth served up tasty Scottish salmon gravadlax rosettes on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

Paul and Michael created their gravadlex using salt, honey and Scottish whisky. They served it with a horseradish and creme fresh sauce on top of Scottish oatcakes biscuits.

They garnished the dish with honey and watercress.
