Fafa Gilbert whips up a fuss free Friday night dinner of chicken with roasted peppers on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp of butter, 4 Chicken thighs, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon chipotle chilli flakes, 3 2ed peppers (preferably Ramiro/sweet pointed peppers), 2 tbsp of Olive oil, 1 Onion, diced, 1 peeled clove of garlic, 4 sweet potatoes peeled and diced (White flesh sweet potatoes), 100g Feta, chopped and parsley.
