Michel Roux Jr drew inspiration from his mum’s cooking in today’s Food & Drink episode as he serves up his take on her delicious looking Shepard’s pie.
With his helpful assistance Monica Galetti on hand to assist, Michel makes his pie from left over roast lamb and serves it with stir-fried Cabbage and chilli with garlic and fish sauce.
Wine Expert Kate Goodman select a Cairanne Cotes Du Rhone Villages bottle of wine to go with the meal because of the warm red fruits used and its spicy and peppery taste.
