Gino served up a tasty and festive pistachio and honey crusted salmon on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 80g shelled pistachio, 30g fresh white breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 2 teaspoons runny honey, 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for greasing, 4 skinned salmon fillets, about 200g, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
To serve: Tender stem broccoli, ½ red chilli, finely chopped and 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
