Juliet Sear served up a delicious dough for making a festive gingerbread house on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 400g golden syrup, 100ml fresh orange juice, 550g light muscovado sugar (or soft brown sugar), 6tbsp ground ginger, 3 tbsp ground cinnamon, 600g butter, 4tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1.5kg plain flour, 400g Royal icing to assemble the house (follow the instructions on the packet), a selection of sweets to decorate and Royal icing to assemble the house.
