Gino served up a tasty pasta bake with smoked salmon, fontina, peas and bechamel sauce on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 300g dried pennette rigate, 150g smoked salmon (cut into thin strips), 150g frozen peas (defrosted), 3 tablespoons snipped fresh chives, 150g fontina cheese (rind removed and cut into small pieces) and butter for greasing.
For the bechamel: 50g salted butter, 50g plain flour, 500ml full-fat milk, 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, ½ teaspoon smoked sweet paprika, Salt and white pepper.
