Nigel Barden served up a tasty roast duck with peaches on Radio 2 Drivetime with Simon Mayo.

The ingredients are: 1 duck, about 2-2.5kg, salt and freshly ground pepper, 2 large peaches, 300ml dry white wine, 50g sugar, 2 tbsp armagnac and 50ml wine vinegar.
