Simon Rimmer served up delicious golden sultana and cottage cheese pancakes on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g self-raising flour, 50g caster sugar, 1 tsp bicarb, 1 egg, 50g melted butter, 250ml milk, 125g cottage cheese, 225g golden sultanas and 15g unsalted butter.
Serve with lemon juice, icing sugar, maple syrup and yoghurt.
