Simon Rimmer served up a delicious orange, lemon, turmeric tart on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients for the pastry are: 300g flour, 125g butter, 30g sugar, 1 egg and Little milk to bind.
For the filling: 150g sugar, 225ml double cream, Zest 2 lemons, Zest 1 orange, 5g ground turmeric, 4 eggs, 1 yolk, 75ml lemon juice, 25ml orange juice, Garnish with raspberries, mint and icing sugar.
