Gino D’Acampo served up a tasty pasta with tomato sauce, speck and Italian caciotta al timo herb cheese dish on Gino’s Italian Escape: Hidden Italy.
The ingredients are: 4 tablespoons olive oil, 80g speck, finely sliced, 1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced, 1 x 400g tin of chopped tomatoes, Large handful (about 40g) of fresh basil, shredded, plus extra leaves to garnish, 5 fresh lasagne sheets and 300g freshly grated caciotta al timo cheese.
