The ingredients are: 500g boneless chicken thighs, Salt and pepper, 6 crushed garlic cloves, 125ml extra virgin olive oil, 6 salted anchovy filets, 30g capers, 5g chilli flakes, 1 lemon, Serve with chopped parsley and bread.
