Guest Donna Dooher served up delicious Canadian butter tarts on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 454g short crust pastry, 1 large egg, 250ml maple syrup, 225g brown sugar, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 113g unsalted butter, melted and 150g of any combination of the following: currants, raisins, chopped walnuts.
