Simon Rimmer served up a tasty dry rub rib-eye steak with beer Sauce and chips on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 x 14oz dry aged rib-eye.
For the rub are: 1 tbsp ground coffee, 2 tbsp sea salt, 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp cracked black pepper,1 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp soft dark brown sugar and 1 tsp garlic powder.
Ingredients for the sauce: Oil to fry, 200ml chocolate or dark stout, 100ml strong beef stock, Few sprigs thyme and 30g butter.
