Simon Rimmer served up a delicious banana maple upside down pudding on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200ml maple syrup, 160g butter, 80ml cream, 3 soft bananas, Juice half lemon, 225g sugar, 2 eggs, 1 vanilla pod, 225g flour, 5g bicarb, 7g ground cinnamon, 80ml buttermilk and Serve with salted caramel ice cream.
