Chef Rebecca Seal served up tasty walnut baklava rolls on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients for the rolls: 125g unsalted butter, melted, 200g walnut pieces, 3 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar and 2 large sheets of filo pastry.
For the syrup: 100g caster (superfine) sugar and Juice of ½ lemon.
