James Tanner new potato, pea and goat’s cheese frittata recipe on Lorraine

James Tanner served up a tasty new potato, pea and goat’s cheese frittata on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 300g new potatoes, sliced in half, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic, minced, 3 spring onions, sliced, 4 large eggs, beaten, 150g frozen garden peas, defrosted, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, Salt and pepper, 140g goat’s cheese and 3 tbsp onion relish.
