He sang in front of a set that looked like it was from a soap opera \u00a0and he sat on the steps of what represented an old terraced house, as he played his guitar and sang the classic track.<\/p>\n<p>His vocals were smooth and he sounded good except for a few notes that we put down to nerves, but all-in-all we prefer the original version although we think he deserves credit for at least trying to make it his own.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JUDGES COMMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<table>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<strong>Tulisa Contostavlos: <\/strong>James I was actually nervous about watching you tonight because sometimes you nail the vocals and sometimes you\u2019re a bit rusty but I had nothing to worry about because you actually blew me away tonight. This was a big shock, well done.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kelly Roland: <\/strong>James you look like and artist, you feel like one every time we have an encounter and I see you but I was really disappointed in the vocal tonight because I have heard you sound much better than that. It was boring, it was like a busker in Covent Garden, it just didn\u2019t work for me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gary Barlow:<\/strong> James you totally reinvented that classic and who would dare take on a Beatles song\u2026..only you!
