I can\u2019t wait for London. I\u2019ll be perfectly English!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jake was gobsmacked that he won a place, after being rejected at judges houses last year. He gushed:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Mel] I won\u2019t let you down. I know I\u2019m not the strongest singer but I will try. I will try to be!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mel told Paul:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPaul, you were Emma\u2019s favourite. Having said that, there is a reason Louis didn\u2019t put you through. It\u2019s not just about the voice, you have to connect with the audience, you do when you sing, but I don\u2019t feel like I connect with you now and that bothers me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have always said from the world go, it\u2019s not just about your voice or the way you deliver a song, it\u2019s about everything.
