{"id":44,"date":"2011-06-23T09:57:21","date_gmt":"2011-06-23T08:57:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/xfactor\/?p=44"},"modified":"2011-06-23T09:57:21","modified_gmt":"2011-06-23T08:57:21","slug":"louis-walsh-investigated-by-police-over-indecent-assault-claims","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/xfactor\/44\/louis-walsh-investigated-by-police-over-indecent-assault-claims\/","title":{"rendered":"Louis Walsh Investigated by Police Over Indecent Assault Claims"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Louis walsh\" src=\"\/images\/uk\/louis.JPG\" alt=\"Louis Walsh\" width=\"279\" height=\"203\" \/>Louis Walsh is reportedly being investigated over indecent assault claims.<\/p>\n<p>A 24-year-old man has alleged that the <em>X Factor<\/em> judge indecently assaulted him in the toilets of a Dublin nightclub two months ago following a Westlife concert.<br \/>\nHowever, Walsh has vowed to clear his name, telling <em>The Sun<\/em>: &#8220;The allegations made against me are wholly false and with no foundation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I will happily cooperate fully with the police and am 100% confident that after a full investigation I will be fully exonerated.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for Walsh added: &#8220;If contacted by the police, he will willingly cooperate with any investigation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Police sources have confirmed that an investigation into the incident, which the claimant alleges took place at the Russell Court Hotel&#8217;s Krystle nighctlub in the early hours of April 10, is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>The paper also reports that detectives are looking at CCTV footage from the venue as part of the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Louis is the only remaining panel member on this year\u2019s X Factor, joined by a trio of new faces in the form of Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow and Tulisa Contostavlos.<br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* largexfactor 336x280, created 11\/25\/10 *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"7071761240\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 336;\ngoogle_ad_height = 280;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Louis Walsh is reportedly being investigated over indecent assault claims.
