Lord Sugar told the candidates:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe health and fitness industry is worth a fortune, but what has become even more popular is the innovation of new fitness trends,\u201d Lord Sugar tells the group. \u201cYour task this week is to come up with a new fitness programme. You are going to go and try and license your new fitness trend to some of the country\u2019s leading health club chains. It\u2019s got to grab the public\u2019s interest and the fitness industry\u2019s investment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The teams were given two days to develop a new fitness routine, before pitching to three health club chains. If  the health club like the routine they will license the class nationally.
