The team who brought in the most advertising revenue would win the task.<\/p>\n<p>Before the candidates got on their way, Lord Sugar assigned the project managers; Jim moved to Team Venture where he took charge of Susan, Glenn and Zoe. Meanwhile Leon moved to Team Logic where Natasha was put in charge of the remaining candidates.<br \/>\nThe teams had to initially decide on what direction they wanted to take and what name to give the magazine. Team Logic went down a \u201cporn sales\u201d route, with\u00a0 project manager Natasha saying it is a\u00a0 \u201cbusiness lads\u2019 mag\u201d. The focus group said they wanted the magazine to \u201craise the tone\u201d of traditional lads\u2019 mags but Natasha insisted that \u201cnaked sells\u201d. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The magazine, called Covered, split the team, with Helen thinking that features including \u2018How To Blow Your Load\u2019 were tacky.<\/p>\n<p>Team Venture, led by Jim, decided to target the Over 60s but had a tough time coming up with a name after their focus group shot down all their ideas. The group eventually decided on the name \u2018Hip Replacement\u2019 which was blasted by the advertisers.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* auditions 300x250, created 9\/6\/10 *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"7469702309\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script>\n<\/td>\n<td>\nIn the boardroom the results were clear cut. Team Logic bought in a total of \u00a376,500 worth of advertising revenue \u2013 with one buyer wanting to purchase the every page of the \u2018Covered\u2019 publication for \u00a360,000. Team Venture on the other hand managed less than half the amount \u2013 at \u00a328,850 \u2013 with one buyer not purchasing a single page.<\/p>\n<p>Jim bought back Susan and Glenn into the boardroom to face Lord Sugar, Nick and Karren and things quickly got heated as the trio went over the failure of the task. Jim and Glenn targeted Susan, nicknaming her \u201cBambi\u201d and saying she should be fired. Susan however hit back, saying she felt the other candidates were picking on her thinking she was young and na\u00efve.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>Lord Sugar then gave his views, criticising Jim for his \u201cmanipulative manor\u201d and failing to make decisions on his own and admitting his mistakes.<\/p>\n<p>Lord Sugar told Susan that her age wasn\u2019t a factor and that she needed to stand up and demonstrate what she had written on her CV.<\/p>\n<p>However, the axe fell on\u00a0 Glenn, with Lord Sugar saying: \u201cI have never yet come across an engineer who can turn his hands to business\u2026 Glenn, you\u2019re fired.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Speaking after his exit, Glenn said: \u201cIt\u2019s not the ending I wanted, he just doesn\u2019t want to work on with an engineer. I don\u2019t know why. I\u2019ve never failed at anything.
