{"id":35043,"date":"2016-02-18T19:19:26","date_gmt":"2016-02-18T18:19:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=35043"},"modified":"2016-02-18T19:34:30","modified_gmt":"2016-02-18T18:34:30","slug":"nigel-barden-beijing-bolognese-recipe-on-radio-2-drivetime","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/35043\/nigel-barden-beijing-bolognese-recipe-on-radio-2-drivetime\/","title":{"rendered":"Nigel Barden&#8217;s Beijing Bolognese recipe on Radio 2 Drivetime"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nigel Barden served up a tasty Chinese Spaghetti or Beijing Bolognese noodle dish to celebrate Chinese New Year on Radio 2 Drivetime with Simon Mayo.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 400g fresh Shanghai noodles (cui mian), or you can substitute 250g dried standard thick wheat noodles (lo mein) or medium egg noodles and 1 tsp groundnut oil.<\/p>\n<p>For the stir-fry: 2 tbsp groundnut oil, 200g pork belly, finely chopped, 200g minced pork, 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 1cm piece of fresh root ginger, peeled &#038;
