{"id":29348,"date":"2015-07-19T11:16:46","date_gmt":"2015-07-19T10:16:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=29348"},"modified":"2015-07-19T11:19:47","modified_gmt":"2015-07-19T10:19:47","slug":"atul-kochhar-murg-hara-masala-recipe-on-sunday-brunch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/29348\/atul-kochhar-murg-hara-masala-recipe-on-sunday-brunch\/","title":{"rendered":"Atul Kochhar Murg Hara Masala Recipe on Sunday Brunch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Atul Kochhar serves up a tasty Murg Hara Masala &#8211; green chicken curry &#8211; with a spicy chutney paste on Sunday Brunch.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 3 tablespoons sunflower oil, 15g fresh ginger, peeled and chopped, 11\u017d2 teaspoons chopped green chillies, 400g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2.5cm dice, Juice extraced from 50g tamarind pulp, 4 boneless chicken thighs, skin on, 2 teaspoons Malvani Spice Powder, Sea salt, Hot boiled rice, to serve (optional) and Mangalore Tomato Chutney, to serve.<\/p>\n<p>For the spice paste: 3 black peppercorns, 1 cloves, 1\/4 teaspoon cumin seeds, A small piece of cinnamon stick, 20g cashew nuts, soaked in warm water to cover for 30 minutes, 75g deep-fried brown onions, 40g coriander sprigs, use the leaves and stalks but not the roots, 40g mint leaves, 25g baby spinach leaves (to keep the green color), A small piece of fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped and 1\/2 green chilli.<\/p>\n<p>To garnish: Edible red and yellow flowers, microcelery: Baby plum tomatoes, halved, Deep-fried garlic cloves and Deep-fried cubes of idlis (1 1\/2 tsp green chillies) drained and dusted with chaat masala and Kashmiri chilli powder.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/green-curry.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/green-curry.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"green curry\" width=\"570\" height=\"308\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29350\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/green-curry.png 570w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/green-curry-300x162.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Atul Kochhar serves up a tasty Murg Hara Masala &#8211; green chicken curry &#8211; with a spicy chutney paste on Sunday Brunch.
