{"id":29140,"date":"2015-07-06T12:10:59","date_gmt":"2015-07-06T11:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=29140"},"modified":"2015-07-06T12:18:12","modified_gmt":"2015-07-06T11:18:12","slug":"hemsley-sisters-quinoa-with-brazil-nut-pesto-recipe-on-this-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/29140\/hemsley-sisters-quinoa-with-brazil-nut-pesto-recipe-on-this-morning\/","title":{"rendered":"Hemsley sisters super food salad recipe on This Morning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hemsley sisters served up a healthy quinoa and roasted vegetable salad with Brazil nut pesto superfood salad on This Morning.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are; For the roasted vegetable salad: 4 large carrots, roughly chopped, 1 large red pepper, roughly chopped, 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes or 4 large tomatoes, halved, 1 large onion (we used red for colour), roughly chopped, 3 large beetroots, well scrubbed and chopped into small chunks or little wedges as they take the longest to cook, 1 tbsp coconut oil, a handful of fresh herbs, such as thyme, rosemary or 2 tbsp mixed dried herbs, fresh leaves, such as rocket, lambs lettuce and lots of watercress, to serve, sea salt and black pepper.<\/p>\n<p>For the quinoa: 250 ml bone broth or water, 250 g quinoa (activated by soaking overnight in stock or water 250ml to 250g quinoa).<\/p>\n<p>For the Brazil nut pesto: 12 Brazil nuts, 2 garlic cloves, 3 large handfuls of fresh basil (stalks and all if you\u2019re using a strong blender), 300 ml extra virgin olive oil, 4 tbsp lemon juice and or 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/superfood-salad.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/superfood-salad.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"superfood salad\" width=\"570\" height=\"273\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29144\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/superfood-salad.png 570w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/superfood-salad-300x143.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Hemsley sisters served up a healthy quinoa and roasted vegetable salad with Brazil nut pesto superfood salad on This Morning.
