{"id":28982,"date":"2015-06-29T11:43:18","date_gmt":"2015-06-29T10:43:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=28982"},"modified":"2015-06-29T11:48:02","modified_gmt":"2015-06-29T10:48:02","slug":"phil-vickery-prawns-with-noodles-and-yuzu-juice-recipe-on-this-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/28982\/phil-vickery-prawns-with-noodles-and-yuzu-juice-recipe-on-this-morning\/","title":{"rendered":"Phil Vickery prawns with noodles and yuzu juice  recipe on This Morning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Phil Vickery served up prawns with noodles, vegetables, yuzu juice and no added salt on This Morning.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for the vegetable mix: 4 tbsp any oil, 1 small sweet potato, peeled, chopped 1cm pieces, \u00bd small butternut squash, peeled and seeds removed, chopped 1cm pieces, 1 red pepper, de seeded, chopped 1cm pieces, 1 yellow pepper, deseeded, chopped 1cm pieces and 200g fine rice noodles (finer the better).<\/p>\n<p>For the rub: 2 tsp dried thyme, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp ground black pepper, 2 tsp cayenne powder, 1 tbsp dried onion powder, 1 tbsp dried garlic powder, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground fennel, 1 tbsp brown sugar, Vegetable oil for frying and 20 freshwater prawns (defrosted and peeled).<\/p>\n<p>For the dressing: 4 tbsp Yuzu (half a 60ml bottle) or, juice 1 small orange and 1 small lime, 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp mirin or runny honey, 2 tbsp very finely chopped fresh ginger, \u00bd small red chilli finely chopped, Pepper, 5 tbsp chopped fresh coriander and lime segments.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/spicy-prawns.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/spicy-prawns.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"spicy prawns\" width=\"570\" height=\"293\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28986\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/spicy-prawns.png 570w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/spicy-prawns-300x154.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Phil Vickery served up prawns with noodles, vegetables, yuzu juice and no added salt on This Morning.
