It gave the judges the opportunity they were waiting for after many weeks to show him the door. Even is own mentor Louis Walsh did not vote to save him.<\/p>\n<p>Wagner was the 11<sup>th<\/sup> contestant to leave the show and the second on the night. Katie Waissel was also given the red card, but by the public because she polled the lowest number of votes.<\/p>\n<p>Wagner and former supermarket worker Mary Byrne were the two that had to take part in the sing-off.
