I\u2019ve cooked it very quickly and simply to retain its powerhouse of nutrients; it\u2019s a perfect partner to the succulent, gently spiced pork belly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients for the pork belly: 70g acacia or Manuka honey, 50g tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 4 tsp rice wine vinegar, 10g root ginger, peeled and finely chopped, \u00bd red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, \u00bc shallot, finely chopped, 75g quince (about \u00bc large quince), peeled and cut into 2cm wedges and 500g pork belly, all bones removed, skin removed or scored.<\/p>\n<p>For the kale: 20g butter, pinch sea salt, 280g Westland Winter or Red Curled kale leaves, 8 Nero di Toscana kale leaves.<\/p>\n<p>To serve: 150g quince pur\u00e9e and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, lightly toasted.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pork-with-kale.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pork-with-kale.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"pork with kale\" width=\"570\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27216\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pork-with-kale.png 570w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pork-with-kale-300x157.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Raymond Blanc serves up Kale with sweet-and-sour pork belly and quince pure\u00e9 on Kew on a Plate.
