So much better than any takeaway.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients for the pork: 450g pork fillet, cut into 2cm cubes, 1 tbsp dry sherry ,1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, pinch Chinese five-spice, vegetable oil, for deep-frying, 1 egg, beaten and 4 tbsp cornflour.<\/p>\n<p>For the sauce: 150ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame seed oil, 1 tbsp cider vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 red pepper, cut into 2cm cubes, 1 green pepper, cut into 2cm cubes, 4 spring onions, cut into 2cm sticks, 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp orange juice and salt and freshly ground pepper.<\/p>\n<p>For the deep-fried seaweed: 2 bok choi, stalks removed, leaves finely shredded, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and cooked basmati rice, to serve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/pork.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/pork.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"pork\" width=\"580\" height=\"332\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25314\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/pork.png 580w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/pork-300x171.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Brian Turner serves up a tasty sweet and sour pork dish for Valentine&#8217;s Day on Saturday Kitchen.
