{"id":23761,"date":"2015-01-05T12:16:51","date_gmt":"2015-01-05T11:16:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=23761"},"modified":"2015-01-05T12:23:55","modified_gmt":"2015-01-05T11:23:55","slug":"james-tanner-sausage-and-kale-pasta-recipe-on-lorraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/23761\/james-tanner-sausage-and-kale-pasta-recipe-on-lorraine\/","title":{"rendered":"James Tanner Sausage and kale pasta recipe on Lorraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>James Tanner server up sausage and kale pasta for a a great family meal which costs around a fiver on Lorraine.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 4 x Italian style pork and herb sausages skins removed and broken into pieces, Zest half a lemon, 100g fresh kale, 400g x penne pasta, 1 tsp chilli flakes, (optional), 2 cloves sliced garlic, 4 tbsp creme fraiche, 200g frozen sweet corn, 100g grated parmesan cheese and Olive oil for cooking.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, put the penne pasta on to boil as per time on packet instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a large pan, add a splash of olive oil fry the garlic slices for 10 seconds then add the sausage meat and brown in the pan so it starts to go crispy.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the chilli flakes, sweet corn and lemon zest, and continue to cook through.<\/p>\n<p>Blanch the kale in boiling salted water for 1 minute then drain and add to sausage pan.<\/p>\n<p>Take the creme fraiche and stir into sausage pan with a ladle of the kale water.<\/p>\n<p>Season and add half of the grated parmesan and stir. <\/p>\n<p>Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, arrange in serving bowls and finish with the rest of the grated parmesan cheese.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/kale-pasta.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/kale-pasta.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"kale pasta\" width=\"564\" height=\"320\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-23766\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/kale-pasta.png 564w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/kale-pasta-300x170.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 564px) 100vw, 564px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"James Tanner server up sausage and kale pasta for a a great family meal which costs around a fiver on Lorraine.
