{"id":22550,"date":"2014-12-09T13:35:34","date_gmt":"2014-12-09T12:35:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=22550"},"modified":"2014-12-09T13:50:11","modified_gmt":"2014-12-09T12:50:11","slug":"gino-dcampo-pan-fried-figs-in-parma-ham-recipe-lets-do-christmas-lunch-with-gino-and-mel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/22550\/gino-dcampo-pan-fried-figs-in-parma-ham-recipe-lets-do-christmas-lunch-with-gino-and-mel\/","title":{"rendered":"Gino D&#8217;acampo pan-fried figs in parma ham recipe on Lets Do Christmas Lunch with Gino and Mel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gino serves up pan-fried figs wrapped in parma ham on Lets Do Christmas Lunch with Gino and Mel.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 2 figs \u2013 not too ripe, 4 slices parma ham, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp runny honey, 50g gorgonzola, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp runny honey, 1 banana shallot, cut into rings and 2 heads of chicory.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, cut each fig in half, then wrap each half in a slice of parma ham.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Place the figs cut side down into the pan and cook for 1 minute until the Parma ham is crispy. Then turn them over and cook for a further minute on the other side.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst the figs are cooking, mix together the vinegar, olive oil and honey.
