{"id":21282,"date":"2014-11-10T12:52:32","date_gmt":"2014-11-10T11:52:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=21282"},"modified":"2014-11-10T14:19:20","modified_gmt":"2014-11-10T13:19:20","slug":"gino-dacampo-spicy-potato-salad-with-chicken-and-smoked-pancetta-recipe-on-this-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/21282\/gino-dacampo-spicy-potato-salad-with-chicken-and-smoked-pancetta-recipe-on-this-morning\/","title":{"rendered":"Gino D&#8217;Acampo spicy potato salad with chicken, smoked pancetta and balsamic vinegar recipe on This Morning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gino D&#8217;Acampo serves up spicy potato salad with chicken, smoked pancetta and balsamic vinegar on This Morning.<\/p>\n<p>The spicy potato salad is known as patate piccanti in Italian and is made with: <\/p>\n<p>2 large potatoes, Salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed, 2 red chilli peppers, deseeded and finely chopped, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 3 tablespoons chopped flat leaves parsley. <\/p>\n<p>To prepare the salad, Place the potatoes, unpeeled, in a medium size saucepan and cover with water and 1 teaspoon of salt.<\/p>\n<p>Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. When cooked remove from the heat and slice into 1 cm discs. Place in a bowl while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan and add the garlic and chilli. Fry for 3 minutes or until the garlic starts to colour. Take off the heat then pour in the extra virgin olive oil. Pour over the potatoes and season with salt.<\/p>\n<p>Add in the parsley and gently mix all together then transfer onto a large serving dish and serve hot or at room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients for the chicken smoked pancetta and balsamic vinegar dish are: <\/p>\n<p>1 large chicken, cut into 8 pieces, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 10 slices smoked pancetta, roughly chopped, 6 garlic cloves, unpeeled and lightly crushed, 3 sprigs of thyme, 160ml white wine, 160ml chicken stock, made with stock cubes, 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and Salt and black pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/chicken-and-potatos.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/chicken-and-potatos.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"chicken and potatos\" width=\"570\" height=\"302\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21292\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/chicken-and-potatos.png 570w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/chicken-and-potatos-300x158.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Gino D&#8217;Acampo serves up spicy potato salad with chicken, smoked pancetta and balsamic vinegar on This Morning.
