And that\u2019s when she spotted a gap in the market. Oonagh says: &#8220;Paris Oonagh they would make perhaps 4 different types of marshmallow a week. They were used in the famous Gateaux Royal, brought along to dinner parties or served as a petite four alongside a caf\u00e9 cr\u00e8me. But here?
