In 2007 she won Celebrity Masterchef and then hosted Junior Masterchef. She reaches a combined audience of 2 million people a week through her columns in the Daily Mirror and in Best magazine. In addition to her regular appearances on Lorraine, she is also a panel member on ITV&#8217;s Loose Women. <\/p>\n<p>Today, Nadia marks British Sausage Week serving up spicy bean and sausage casserole on Lorraine. <\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 8 pork sausages, 8 pork chipolatas, 8 mini chorizo sausages, 2 large onions, sliced, 10 garlic cloves, peeled and quartered, 2 red chillies, finely sliced, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp allspice or mixed spice, 1 heaped tbsp tomato pur\u00e9e, 3 x 420g cans baked beans and Salt and black pepper.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, heat the oil in a large, heavy-bottomed casserole pan and gently cook off the pork sausages, chipolatas and chorizo sausages, then set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In the same pan, fry the onions and garlic until soft. Add the chillies and spices and fry gently until they release their aroma.
