{"id":18355,"date":"2014-08-21T11:12:28","date_gmt":"2014-08-21T10:12:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=18355"},"modified":"2014-08-21T11:15:41","modified_gmt":"2014-08-21T10:15:41","slug":"bill-granger-prawn-skewers-with-garlic-and-parsley-recipe-on-lorraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/18355\/bill-granger-prawn-skewers-with-garlic-and-parsley-recipe-on-lorraine\/","title":{"rendered":"Bill Granger Prawn skewers with garlic and parsley recipe on Lorraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bill Granger serves up prawn skewers with garlic and parsley recipe on Lorraine for a great summer dish.<\/p>\n<p>The Ingredients are: 4 tbsp olive oil, 5 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 small red chillies, seeded and finely chopped, 2 tsp grated lemon zest, 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf (Italian) parsley and 20 large raw prawns, peeled and deveined, tails left intact.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, mix the olive oil, garlic, chilli, lemon zest and parsley in a large non-metallic bowl. Add the prawns and stir to coat them well, then cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat a char grill pan or barbecue to high heat.
