I use frozen squids and prawns for this recipe, but fresh would also do.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients for the fish balls are: bread crumbs, Chinese five spice, 400g squid, 450g prawns, fresh ginger, coriander stalks, 1 egg, 3tb cornflour and a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n<p>For the sweet and sour sauce: 2 carrots, sliced, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 4 chopped spring onions, 2tbsp cornflour, small tin of pineapple, pineapple juice from the tin, 2tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp vinegar, 1tbsp chilli &#038;
