{"id":17945,"date":"2014-08-08T12:36:08","date_gmt":"2014-08-08T11:36:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=17945"},"modified":"2014-08-08T13:12:29","modified_gmt":"2014-08-08T12:12:29","slug":"gino-pasta-with-spinach-watercress-and-rocket-pesto-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/17945\/gino-pasta-with-spinach-watercress-and-rocket-pesto-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch\/","title":{"rendered":"Gino pasta with spinach, watercress and rocket pesto recipe on Let\u2019s Do Lunch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gino cooks pasta with spinach, watercress and rocket pesto on Let\u2019s Do Lunch.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 125g fresh tagliatelle or spaghetti, 25g (a large handful) of watercress, spinach and rocket salad, 1 small clove garlic, 6 walnut halves, chopped, Zest of 1 lemon, 30g grated pecorino, Olive oil, A few black olives, cut in half and Salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, bring a pan of salted water to the boil.<\/p>\n<p>Blitz together the salad leaves and garlic with enough olive oil to loosen it . Once blended, tip into a bowl and fold through the chopped walnuts, pecorino and lemon zest.<\/p>\n<p>Tip the pesto into a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes, then drain reserving some of the water.<\/p>\n<p>Add the pasta to the pesto.
