{"id":17884,"date":"2014-08-07T12:40:32","date_gmt":"2014-08-07T11:40:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=17884"},"modified":"2014-08-07T12:46:34","modified_gmt":"2014-08-07T11:46:34","slug":"gino-griddled-peach-salad-and-mozzarella-wrapped-in-pancetta-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/17884\/gino-griddled-peach-salad-and-mozzarella-wrapped-in-pancetta-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch\/","title":{"rendered":"Gino Griddled peach salad and mozzarella wrapped in pancetta recipe on Let\u2019s Do Lunch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gino cooks griddled peach salad and mozzarella wrapped in pancetta on Let\u2019s Do Lunch.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 1 ball of mozzarella, 4 slices of pancetta, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 firm peach, 2 tbsp honey, A pinch of chilli flakes, A handful of rocket leaves,Juice of a lemon and 1 tbsp olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, heat two frying pans on a high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the ball of mozzarella into quarters then wrap each quarter in a slice of pancetta.<\/p>\n<p>Finely dice the peach.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the oil into one of the pans and add the pancetta wrapped mozzarella, fry quickly on each side.<\/p>\n<p>Add the peaches to the other pan with the honey.
