on Mary at 90: A Lifetime of Cooking.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 55g cocoa powder, sifted, 6 tbsp boiling water, 4 large free-range eggs, 225g baking spread, straight from the fridge, 225g caster sugar, 225g self-raising flour and 1 tsp baking powder.<\/p>\n<p>For the filling: 6 tbsp cherry jam and 300ml pouring double cream, lightly whipped.<\/p>\n<p>For the ganache: 200ml pouring double
