with strawberries and digestive biscuits on Mary at 90: A Lifetime of Cooking.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients for the base are: 150g digestive biscuits, 25g demerara sugar and 75g unsalted butter.<\/p>\n<p>For the filling: 750g full-fat cream cheese, 125g caster sugar, 1 tbsp plain flour, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 150ml soured cream and 2 free-range eggs, beaten.<\/p>\n<p>To decorate:
