{"id":17688,"date":"2014-08-01T12:38:15","date_gmt":"2014-08-01T11:38:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=17688"},"modified":"2014-08-01T12:47:09","modified_gmt":"2014-08-01T11:47:09","slug":"gino-dacampo-cajun-pork-with-sweetcorn-salsa-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch-with-melanie-sykes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/17688\/gino-dacampo-cajun-pork-with-sweetcorn-salsa-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch-with-melanie-sykes\/","title":{"rendered":"Gino D\u2019Acampo Cajun pork with sweetcorn salsa recipe on Let\u2019s Do Lunch with Melanie Sykes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gino D\u2019Acampo cooks cajun pork with sweetcorn salsa on Let\u2019s Do Lunch with Melanie Sykes.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 1 thick pork chop, bone and rind removed, 1\u20444 tsp each of smoked paprika, ground cumin and ground coriander, 1 x tbsp olive oil, 1\u20442 red pepper finely diced, 1 x 195g tin of sweetcorn drained, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, Zest and juice of a lime, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp sour cream and Salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, place the pork chop between two pieces of cling film and bash out with a rolling pin until it is 0.5cm thick.<\/p>\n<p>Place on a plate and sprinkle over the spices, then drizzle with olive oil. Rub the spices into the meat, then place in the hot frying pan and cook on both sides for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst the meat is cooking, mix together the sweetcorn and pepper. Stir in the lime zest, lime juice, olive oil and coriander.
