{"id":17516,"date":"2014-07-28T12:39:16","date_gmt":"2014-07-28T11:39:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=17516"},"modified":"2014-07-28T12:42:50","modified_gmt":"2014-07-28T11:42:50","slug":"gino-dacampo-panzanella-salad-with-red-onions-and-stale-bread-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/17516\/gino-dacampo-panzanella-salad-with-red-onions-and-stale-bread-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch\/","title":{"rendered":"Gino D\u2019Acampo Panzanella salad with red onions and stale bread recipe on Let\u2019s Do Lunch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gino D\u2019Acampo makes panzanella salad with red onions and stale bread on Let\u2019s Do Lunch.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 1 thick slice of leftover \/ stale country-style loaf of bread, cut into 2cm cubes, A couple of sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped, A few artichoke hearts in oil, drained and roughly chopped, 1 tbsp capers, 2 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped, 1\u20444 red onion, peeled and finely sliced, 1 celery sticks, finely chopped, A few roasted peppers from a jar, drained from their oil, 10 fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped, A few parmesan shavings, 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar and Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the salad, whisk together the oil and vinegar with a splash of water.
