light brown sugar, 100g self-raising flour, 1 tsp ground ginger and 200g dark chocolate, 55 \u2013 70% cocoa solids, melted.<\/p>\n<p>For the filling: 2 ripe avocados, skins removed, de-stoned, 150g coconut oil, 2 tbsp cornflour, Zest of 4 key limes, or 1 regular lime, Juice of 4 key limes, or 1 regular lime, 180g maple syrup, 2 tsp vanilla extract and Pinch sea salt.<\/p>\n<p><img
