{"id":17319,"date":"2014-07-22T12:39:26","date_gmt":"2014-07-22T11:39:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=17319"},"modified":"2014-07-22T13:13:14","modified_gmt":"2014-07-22T12:13:14","slug":"gino-warm-pears-and-blue-cheese-salad-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/17319\/gino-warm-pears-and-blue-cheese-salad-recipe-on-lets-do-lunch\/","title":{"rendered":"Gino Warm Pears and Blue Cheese Salad recipe on Let\u2019s Do Lunch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gino makes warm pears and blue cheese salad recipe on Let\u2019s Do Lunch that is an ideal dish for a summer lunch.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 1 pear, 25g unsalted butter, 2 sprigs rosemary, 1 tbsp runny honey, 5-6 walnut halves, 1 large handful of salad leaves and 3 radishes finely sliced.<\/p>\n<p>For the dressing: 2tbsp low fat yogurt, 50g gorgonzola, really soft, 1 tbsp chopped chives, 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp white wine vinegar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/blue-cheese-salad.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/blue-cheese-salad.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"blue cheese salad\" width=\"570\" height=\"288\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17322\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/blue-cheese-salad.png 570w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/blue-cheese-salad-300x151.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, heat a frying pan on a high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the pear into 8 wedges, leaving the skin on but removing the core.<\/p>\n<p>Place the butter in the frying pan and once foaming, add the pears and rosemary. Cook for 2 minutes allowing them to take on a little colour then add in the honey. Bubble gently for a further minute or until al dente.<\/p>\n<p>Make the blue cheese dressing by mixing together all the ingredients in a bowl, adding a little warm water to loosen if needs be. This will depend on how ripe your cheese is.<\/p>\n<p>Place the salad leaves and radishes in a bowl and drizzle over a little of the dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Place the dressed leaves on a plate then add the roughly chopped walnuts and finally the warm pears.
