panch phoron 5 spice and English mustard on this morning.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 heaped tsp panch phoron (Indian 5 spice), 700g chicken breast, diced, 1 tbsp garam masala, \u00bd tsp ground turmeric , \u00bc tsp chilli powder , 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp salt , 1\u00bd tsp sugar , 2 large mild green chilli, deseeded and sliced , 130g frozen petit pois , 1 heaped tsp English mustard , Handful rocket, chopped, Large handful coriander leaf, chopped and Squeeze of fresh lemon.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
