cheese rarebit with leeks, ale, horseradish, hazelnut garden salad and grapes recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Marcus Wareing served up tasty goats&#8217; cheese rarebit with leeks, ale, horseradish, hazelnut garden salad and grapes on Marcus Wareing\u2019s Tales from a Kitchen Garden.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 2 leeks, washed and trimmed, 30g butter, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 30g plain flour, 125ml ale, 100g cheddar cheese, grated, 100g soft goats&#8217; cheese, crumbled and 4 slices bread, such as sourdough.<\/p>\n<p>To serve: 3 tbsp sherry vinegar, 3 tbsp hazelnut oil, 100g toasted hazelnuts, crushed, 500g salad leaves, washed and ready to use, 150g log goats&#8217;
